Hawkins & Co. Leather — Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your handcrafted Hawkins & Co. Leather goods. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

• 10-Day Return Window
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 10 days of receiving your item.

• Exchanges for Incorrect Sizing
If a belt needs to be exchanged due to ordering the wrong size, a $25 restocking fee will apply. This covers the time and materials required to craft a replacement.

• Condition of Returned Items
Items must be in unused, original condition.
Please note: We do not accept returns for belts that display natural markings, textures, or characteristics of full-grain leather. These variations are inherent to authentic, high-quality hide and are not considered defects.

• Final Sale Items
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
