Your order has been carefully packed and inspected by our team of qualified professionals and watchmakers and we hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you notice any discrepancies or damages with your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 72 hours of delivery at

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
follow the guidelines detailed below.

You may return any unworn, undamaged item, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees) subject to the following terms and conditions.

Items must be packed carefully and returned with all original packaging, box, warranty cards, user manual, gift with purchase, batteries, and any extra links and parts. Should any of these items not be included, or become damaged due to improper packing, additional charges will be applied.

All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer, and it is strongly recommended that packages be insured with the carrier. Hawkins & Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.


Upon receipt of your package, our Customer Service team will
inspect and grade the item to ensure it meets the conditions specified above. Refunds are processed, to your original form of payment, within 30 days of receipt.
